We've all been there. You want to forget about everything: school, family, friends, responsibilities, etc. All you're planning to do in the next few days is play a game from beginning to end until your eyes dry up and you can't stand your own smell. So you start a new character in Dark Souls II and rush through the first few areas.
Remember, this is a complete playthrough you're planning to do, it's not to test a new crazy build or rush to the first PvP arena to lose over and over again, and later come to /d to boast how you killed each and every one of your opponents in like six seconds or so.
So the question here is: Where do you usually stop your first gaming session while doing a playthrough from beginning to end?
Since the answer can have many interpretations depending on which areas you visit and in which order, also try to mention them.
I usually start by getting each and every item in Majula and from all adjacent stages before meeting the first enemies in them. I also kill Maughlin to get the Tseldora Set. Then I set forth to the Forest of Fallen Giants and do it almost completely. Then I pay a visit to the Shaded Woods until I reach the Shaded Ruins and explore a little to loot items. Once done, I return to the FoFG, kill both bosses, and go to the Lost Bastille. And there's where I usually stop my first session.
How about you?
