Characteristics[]
Azal's Staff is a staff of extremes. It lowers the player's spell uses by 50-70%, has very slow casting speed (only the Chime of Screams is slower), and is extremely fragile, exhausting it's mere 4 durability with just a few casts. However, it has an S scaling in both Magic and Dark, allowing for a maximum increase of 540 for both elements in scaling damage.
Bracing Knuckle Ring, Repair, Repair Powder and Clear Bluestone Ring, can help to combat this staff's debilitating downsides, though unless the player has an use for having extreme scaling in both Magic and Dark, a specialized staff such as Staff of Wisdom or Sunset Staff will generally serve much better.
