Bloatheads are enemies in Dark Souls. They are only found in the Artorias of the Abyss DLC.
Location[]
Bloatheads can be found throughout Oolacile Township and the Chasm of the Abyss. One is also located on the elevator in the Oolacile Township Dungeon.
Description[]
They have oversized arms, webbed fingers and toes, pale skin, a filthy, mutated head, and are often seen twitching uncontrollably in mindless laughter.
Lore[]
Bloatheads are the disturbed remnants of the populace of Oolacile, whose humanity went out of control after the Dark of Manus, father of the Abyss, overtook them.[1]
