Bloathead Sorcerers, also known as Abyss Guards, are enemies in Dark Souls.

LocationEdit

DescriptionEdit

There are two kinds of Bloathead Sorcerers: "normal" and "frenzied". The "frenzied" are more aggressive and deal more Magic damage. They can be differentiated by their glowing, red eyes.

LoreEdit

Like Bloatheads, Bloathead Sorcerers were the former denizens of Oolacile, corrupted by Manus' influence. However, Bloathead Sorcerers are female and were once Sorcerers.

NotesEdit

  • Poison inflicted by their melee attacks cause 3 damage per second once contracted, while Poison inflicted by their Dark Fog causes about 9.4 damage per second.
