Characteristics[]
The Carthus Shotel is a weapon that combines the shield-piercing capabilities of a Shotel with the bleed build-up of a Carthus weapon. It uses the heavy curved sword moveset of the Falchion, swinging slower but inflicting more damage than a light curved sword. It also uses more stamina per swing than the Falchion, despite being the second-lightest weapon in its category after the Crescent Moon Sword, so care must be exercised when attempting to chain more than a few attacks together.
