Cornyx's Garb is a chest armor in Dark Souls III. It is part of Cornyx's Set.
In-Game Description
- Attire of Cornyx, pyromancer of the Great Swamp.
- In the Great Swamp, it was customary to adorn oneself with articles of nature. Cornyx favored the use of raven feathers.
- Ravens are said to have once been Firelink messengers, guiding the undead to the land of ancient gods.
Availability
The chest armor, along with the arm and leg pieces, can either be taken from a Cornyx upon his death, or found near his cell if the player defeats the Old Demon King with the aid of the Great Swamp Cuculus, a fellow pyromancer believed to be Cornyx's pupil.
Notes
- Has extremely high Curse resistance.
Trivia
- The item's description refers to black ravens acting as messengers and guiders to the undead. In Dark Souls, a raven that whisks the player from the Northern Undead Asylum to Firelink Shrine can be seen perched above the shrine throughout the entire playthrough. The raven also transports the Chosen Undead back to the asylum.
