The Curved Dragon Greatsword is a curved greatsword in Dark Souls II.

In-Game Description

A curved greatsword forged from the soul of the Ancient Dragon.

In the Age of the Ancients, the world was unformed, shrouded by fog. A land of grey crags, archtrees, and everlasting dragons.

Availability

Trade the Ancient Dragon Soul along with 1,500 souls to Weaponsmith Ornifex.

Characteristics

Like most Curved Greastwords, has a somewhat slow attack speed, but compensates for this with its high damage potential. Pressing the strong attack button generates a gale-like wind in a line formation, consuming 10 durability (this can be reduced through use of the Bracing Knuckle Ring variants).

Upgrades

Upgrades to +5 with Petrified Dragon Bones.

Attack	Description
One-handed Weak Attack	Horizontal swipe from right to left. Additional input produces a similar swipe from left to right.
One-handed Strong Attack	Performs an overhead slam and performs its special attack.
Two-handed Weak Attack	Very slow downward slash. Additional input produces an upwards slash.
Two-handed Strong Attack	Very slow overhead slam that performs the special attack.
Jump Attack	Leaps into the air and slams the weapon onto the ground.
Running Attack	Performs a 360 spin hitting foes in front of the player in a wide arc.
Rolling Attack	Upwards diagonal slash from left to right.
Kick	Guard Break
Left-handed Weak Attack	Guard
Left-handed Strong Attack	Guard
