Dark Hail is a hex in Dark Souls II.
In-Game Description
- A hex modified from an old sorcery by
Gilleah the Hexer.
Fires several orbs of darkness.
- Hexing is rooted in both sorcery and
miracles, but is viewed as a perilous affront
to all life, and is banned in most lands.
Availability[]
- Sold by Darkdiver Grandahl for 1,500 souls.
- Sold by Magerold of Lanafir for 1,500 souls.
- Sold by Straid of Olaphis for 1,500 souls.
General information[]
Identical to Dark Bead from Dark Souls, when cast, a series of miniature Dark Orbs are released in a wide arc in front of the player. However, unlike Dark Bead, the orbs released by casting Dark Hail do not travel very far, meaning that it is better suited to close combat.
