The Darkdrift is a katana in Dark Souls III.

In-Game Description

A cursed sword with an unseen blade, the choice weapon for Yuria of Londor.

Yuria, a mentor of the Sable Church and accomplished swordswoman, is said to have claimed a hundred lives with this weapon.

Skill: Darkdrift
Aim carefully, and pierce with a large forward lunge. The unseen blade penetrates straight through shields, for nothing can defend from Darkdrift.

Availability

Dropped by Yuria of Londor. She will only appear after leveling up five times with Yoel.

Black blade, appears translucent in-game.

Moveset

Attack	Description
One-handed Weak Attack	Fast, vertical cuts. Good for draining stamina and increasing bleed due to its long reach and excellent hit-frames.
One-handed Strong Attack	Wielder pulls back, then lunges forward with a thrust attack. Excellent reach, but moderate windup time.
Two-handed Weak Attack	Vertical cuts that are slightly slower but deal more damage than the one handed variant.
Two-handed Strong Attack	Wielder holds the sword overhead in both hands, then brings it down forcefully. Long windup time, making it impractical in the heat of battle but useful to add damage to a recovering foe. The downswing animation allows you to clip through arrows, or even an attack if timed right.
Jump Attack	Wielder jumps and buries the katana into the ground. Good damage, but small hitbox and a short reach.
Two-handed Jump Attack	Same as Jump.
Running Attack	Running lunge. Fast with good reach, but small hitbox.
Two-handed Running Attack	Same as Running Attack.
Rolling Attack	Swings katana in front of the wielder horizontally.
Two-handed Rolling Attack	Same as Rolling Attack.
Kick	Standard kick.
