Availability
Found on a corpse in the same chamber where seven Sanctum Knights' statues dwell in the Dragon's Sanctum.
Usage
Opens the door located at the entrance of the Dragon's Sanctum, shortly after the bridge where Sinh burns two Sanctum Soldiers.
