The Oolacile Catalyst is similar to the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst in that it has a flat magic adjust of 180 once the Intelligence requirement has been met. This makes it the best catalyst to use for 10 and 11 intelligence, while tying with the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst for being the best catalyst to use between 12 and 26 intelligence.
It has the advantage of having a lower intelligence requirement than the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst as well as being poisonous, inflicting a buildup of 30 per strike. Unfortunately, it is also 1.5 units heavier.
Its Poison deals 3 damage per second for a period of 3 minutes once inflicted.
