In-Game Description
- Medicinal pellet made from crushed insects. The red type temporarily boosts fire damage absorption.
- Prepared in the Cathedral of the Deep by evangelists, who dole them out to followers to ease their suffering when they burn.

Boosts Fire damage absorption by 15% for 60 seconds, 10% in PvP.
Notes[]
- Consuming this item will cancel the effect of any other pellet currently in use.
- Using this item, along with many other forms of fire resistance, is nearly required to obtain the loot located in the lava pools found deep within the Smouldering Lake.
- Can be used on ladders.
