The Golem Helm is a head armor piece in Dark Souls. It is part of the Golem Set.
In-Game Description
- Head of the Iron Golem, guardian of the ancient Sen's Fortress, slayer of heroes who ventured forth to Anor Londo.
- Without its core, it is a mere hunk of iron, and can be equipped as solid protective gear, but its immense weight hinders stamina recovery.

After defeating the Iron Golem, the Golem Helm is sold by Domhnall of Zena for 5,000 souls.
