• Rare drop from the Devout of the Deep enemies in the Cathedral of the Deep.
• Sold by the Greirat of the Undead Settlement for 100 souls each, once he returns from his first pillaging journey.
• Sold by the Shrine Handmaid once she has been given Greirat's Ashes.
