Found in Farron Keep. From the Keep Ruins bonfire, head towards the gate that leads towards the Abyss Watchers mausoleum and turn right, following along the wall within the swamp. In the deep swamp zone, the set can be found inside a crevice where the wall ends and an impassable cliff begins.
