The Rapier is a thrusting sword in Dark Souls III.

In-Game Description

A lightweight thrusting sword used in noble duels employing refined techniques.
The primary attack of a thrusting sword is a series of stabs that render foes vulnerable for a devastating final thrust. Can also attack with shield up.
Skill: Stance
From stance, use normal attack to back step and execute a surprise attack, or strong attack for consecutive thrusting.

AvailabilityEdit

Found in the High Wall of Lothric, on a corpse lying to the left after exiting the small courtyard with a fountain patrolled by a Winged Knight.

CharacteristicsEdit

Like its predecessors, the Rapier can attack from behind a shield and is a fast weapon that uses little stamina.

Exclusively utilizing thrusting attacks, its the perfect weapon to use within tight and narrow areas such as corridors or hallways.
