Can be given to the statue which grants access to the Warrior of Sunlight covenant in exchange for Sunlight Spear.
Can also be forged with a Straight Sword, Greatsword, Ultra Greatsword, or Dagger +10 at the Giant Blacksmith to create the Great Lord Greatsword.
Can be consumed for 20,000 souls, or fed to Kingseeker Frampt for 40,000 souls.
