Spook is a sorcery in Dark Souls III.

In-Game Description

Sorcery developed by a certain surreptitious sorcerer at Vinheim Dragon School.

Masks noises of the caster and prevents fall damage.

Their mastery of this sorcery alone allows Vinheim spooks to demand handsome payment for their services.

Availability

• Part of the Assassin class starting equipment.
• Sold by Orbeck of Vinheim in Firelink Shrine for 2,000 souls.

Effects

Negates fall damage unless the fall would have been lethal, while masking the sounds of the caster's footsteps. A glowing aura surrounds the caster's feet while the spell is active.

Buff lasts for 20 seconds, and can be extended by equipping the Lingering Dragoncrest Ring.

Notes

• Spook is one of the four Sorceries required to purchase, in order for Orbeck to bestow the Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring and "Silent Ally" gesture.
