The Twinblade is a twinblade in Dark Souls II.

In-Game Description

A twinblade fashioned from rare geisteel. Designed for high-ranking Drangleic knights, hence the decorative design.

Geisteel equipment is of the finest make, but geisteel is so rare that very few of these weapons were actually used in combat.

Availability

• Found in a chest in The Lost Bastille, in the room with the Pharros' Contraption.
• Sold by Weaponsmith Ornifex for 1,000 souls.

Characteristics

When used in two hands; the Twinblade attacks in rapid succession, easily breaking poise and stunlocking lighter opponents. However, its frequent strikes will make it lose durability at a high rate.

Moveset

Attack	Description
One-handed Weak Attack	Slashes diagonally upward, from right to left, with one of the blades. Further input slashes back to the right, diagonally upward with the same blade.
One-handed Strong Attack	Slashes diagonally downward, from right to left, with one of the blades. Further input slashes back to the left, diagonally downward with the same blade.
Two-handed Weak Attack	Spins sword three times, first to the left, second out in front and the third to the right before finally slashing out in front horizontally from left to right. Each spin is an attack and deals damage. Further input does the same final horizontal slash.
Two-handed Strong Attack	Spins blades overhead before twirling around and slashing out in front from right to left. Further input causes the Player to twirl blades on either side, jump and slam the blade on the ground upon landing.
Jump Attack	Jump forward and then stab the ground.
Running Attack	Wind up and then slash left to right.
Two-handed Running Attack	Spin, twirling the blades behind the back, into a right to left horizontal sweep.
Rolling Attack	Twirls the blade, attacking twice downwards, then a left to right horizontal slash starting from the front.
Two-handed Rolling Attack	Left to right horizontal sweep starting from the back.
