Anyone else suffering from loading screen glitches?

So recently, my game has been having alot of trouble loading, its not an all the time thing, but its still annoying, ill fast travel or something like that, die, feather, whatever, what happens though is when i do that it stays on the loading screen for a min, then goes black like its done loading, and then shows the loading screen again, it can be annoying when i need to dashboard just so i can get my game going, anyone else have this issue and know how to fix?
