- Secret rite of black-haired witch Velka. Prevents casting of magic within effect area.
- Velka, the Goddess of Sin, is a rogue deity, but she is versed in arts both new and old, and is considered to have a great range of influence even as gods are concerned.
Availability
Found in the Painted World of Ariamis, at the top of the building that can be accessed after finding the Annex Key. Up to four Crow Demons attack after reaching the platform where the spell is acquired.

Vow of Silence prevents the casting of any magic within its area of effect. This includes magic cast by friendly players.
